This Website is owned and operated by Diliganz Fashion (Pvt) Ltd (also refers to as “Diliganz”, “the Company”, “we”, “us” and “our” throughout the site). Your access to and use of this website (online.diliganz.com) and the products and services available through this website (collectively “the services”) are subject to the following terms and conditions. By using the Services, you are agreeing to all of the Terms and conditions, as may be updated by us from time to time without any prior notice and if you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you shall refrain from using this website. You are intended to check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms and conditions.
Goods and articles displayed on the web portal www.diliganz.com could be accessed by everyone however the goods and articles that are selected to be displayed at online.diliganz.com are sold or offered only to customers that are of the legal age. Goods or articles in online.diliganz.com would only be sold at limited quantities at any given time that would suit a normal household.
Our process and contract.
As an order is placed through online.diliganz.com you’d be receiving an acknowledgement via email confirming the receipt of your order; this is not a confirmation that your order is processed but merely accepting that the placed order is received at our end. We reserve the right to refuse any order in any circumstances. Once your order is processed an email would be sent to you consisting the goods and articles that are ready to be dispatched. Delivery would only consist the goods or articles that would be included in the confirmation email.
Prices, Payment and Delivery charges
- Prices displayed on the online.diliganz.com applies to all the online orders placed through online.diliganz.com and could be settled through the approved card payment or through cash on delivery process.
- These prices displayed on the Diliganz online store – online.diliganz.com are exclusive of the delivery charge which would be shown with the final list of goods on the shopping cart.
- Our Internet Payment Gateway accepts Visa and Master cards.
Delivery Process
- Delivery / Shipping would be processed to the address provided by you as the delivery / shipping address therefore customer should assure that our deliveries could be performed during the normal working hours to the address mentioned in the order form.
- Customer will be contacted by a company staff member for reconfirmation on the cash on delivery orders.
- Our usual delivery timeline is 4-6 working days. We always try to assure a quick delivery however for certain goods and articles the delivery timeline provided maybe longer than usual.
- Delivery period stated on online.diliganz.com does not act as a guarantee or as a condition of our delivery; Dispatch times may vary according to the availability and are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or any circumstances may affect the process for which the company will not be responsible.
- Delivery fee is charged based on the delivery location and the weight. Applicable rates are shown with the final list of goods in the shopping cart page.
Return & Cancellation
- Return or exchange of goods or articles that are purchased through online.diliganz.com should be processed within 14 days of the receipt of goods. Customer needs to assure that the product is returned within stipulated time period after reaching us either through email or through our hotline 077 7033077. The Company will not accept return items that have been worn, washed, damaged or altered in any way. To complete the return / exchange process without any hassle it is important that customer should possess the invoice references and a clear reason for the return / exchange such as: difference in the colour, size etc.
- Cancellation of any order could be performed by contacting our hotline 077 7033077, you may select an option for the return / exchange if the order is already processed from our end. However, if the order had been dispatched from our end, the delivery fee should be borne by the customer. If the ordered good/s or article/s are unavailable we may treat this occurrence as a cancellation. We would contact you and make arrangements for a full refund.
Return/Exchange Policy
- Exchange of goods or articles could be performed only once per order of goods and articles that have been made through online.diliganz.com.
- Customer should inform via email his/her reason as to why the good/s or article/s are returned which would be reviewed by our end to complete the process.
- Exchange process could be completed either by visiting a Diliganz outlet or by post / courier to reach us within 14 days to the following address;

- Return of any article or goods purchased will be accepted after the quality inspection performed by Diliganz staff member.
- Return acceptance could only be exercised on goods or articles that are in mint condition with the original tag and price labels with no damages. If we see any of the said conditions are not met or the product is not in a resalable condition we would not be honouring the return or exchange policy.
- If the good or article was issued with original product packaging (if any), a free promotional article, those too should be returned along with the product.
- Exchange for the same article depends on the availability.
- Delivery Fee which was included in the original purchase is not considered during the return & exchange process.
- If the return / exchange process is completed successfully we would make arrangements of the delivery performed as agreed during the process, however customer should bear the delivery cost from their end.
- Once a return is performed please be diligent to keep the Diliganz online store informed via an email to online@diliganz.com about the return.
- Articles and goods that are mentioned as ‘nonexchangeable’ cannot be returned under the return policy of online.diliganz.com
- You may contact Diliganz online store for any manufacturing defects.
Intellectual Property, Indemnity & Third party Copyrights
- Diliganz Fashion (Pvt) Ltd hold all rights to the content including images displayed and the creative artworks developed to advertise the articles and goods displayed on the web portal. Unauthorised use of any of the said images or artworks or any content is strictly prohibited.
- Images displayed as advertisements or as products on shop or on a category tab might differ slightly from the original colour of the product.
- Online store display of the web portal of Diliganz Fashion (Pvt) Ltd – online.diliganz.com might consist third party brands to which we act as an authorised retailer.
- Diliganz Fashion (Pvt) Ltd or online.diliganz.com will not be responsible for any losses or indemnities caused because of a third party involved transaction or dealings.
